Unless otherwise noted, Gigi Lane pillow covers are sold separately, allowing you to use your existing inserts or select your preferred fill.

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Every The Gigi Lane piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

Returned items must be:

- Unused and unwashed

- In their original condition

- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
