Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed - Hello@thegigilane.com

When will my order ship?

Every The Gigi Lane piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your Gigi Lane purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

- Unused and unwashed

- In their original condition

- Returned with original packaging whenever possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, clearance, and final sale items cannot be returned.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item was damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and the packaging.

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently Gigi Lane ships within the continental United States.

We hope to expand to additional destinations in the future.
